I design and manufacture custom cigar molds made to exact specifications. I offer parejo, torpedo, and a growing number of figurado designs (Perfecto, Salomon, Flying Pig). Every mold can be customized and is made to order. If you have a shape in mind that isn't available anywhere else, I have the ability to produce it with a quick turnaround.
I have been designing since the late 90s and rolling cigars since the late 2000s. I started designing my own molds in 2024. What began as a personal project has grown into a service for the cigar rolling community. As a fellow roller, I want to ensure others have access to quality, customizable, and affordable molds without the high cost of traditional manufacturing.
Pick a mold on the molds page, add it to your cart and submit it. Want changes to a listed mold? Add them in the cart notes. I'll reply with a confirmed quote, typically within hours. Once you approve, most single-mold orders are manufactured and shipped within a few days. Larger orders may take longer.
Have a shape in mind that isn't listed? Contact me and I can help work through the specs — ring gauge, length, taper, head style, and number of slots. Clone requests and custom shapes are welcome. I'll respond with a CAD preview and a full quote.
